Request a refund

Your pre-order was a one-time charge of £7.99. You can have it back any time before launch, no reason needed.

• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
• If we don’t launch by 30 November 2026, we refund everyone automatically.
• Prefer email? Write to support@promo.kramo.org from the address you paid with.
• Stripe handled your payment as seller of record, so the refund may show on your statement as “HardStop” or “LINK.COM*”.
